Who We Are
The Colorado West Recovery Services CIRT (Community Intensive Residential Treatment) is a 21-28 day, intensive and highly
structured residential drug and alcohol treatment program, for men and women, specializing in treating the whole person. We work with individuals with co-occurring disorders and individuals with special needs.
Our staff are professionals who utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices and receive on going education and training.
The fee for the program is one of the most affordable in the state.
Full fee starts at $5,250 and there's a sliding fee for those who qualify.
What We Do
Our CIRT program is designed to empower individuals to lead
healthy, responsible lives free from alcohol and other drugs.
Our goal is to help people with addictions find the tools they need
to achieve positive change in their lives.
Treatment is holistic and the program incorporates a variety of interventions. Our treatment approach is based on an individualized clinical assessment and a collaborative relationship with the client. Treatment plans are assessed and amended throughout the
individual’s course of treatment. Goals and objectives are
reviewed with the Program Director and Treatment Team and
become the barometer for gauging success.
Treatment is delivered through a variety of groups geared to address the complex physical, behavioral, psychological, social and spiritual components, which impair normal functioning. These include: therapeutic task-focused assignments, orientation and group
building, cognitive therapy, gender specific therapy, family
therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, the Matrix Model for meth-amphetamine addiction and DBT-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Discharge is based on the patient completing or having made significant progress in areas identified on the Treatment Plan. Discharge dates are reviewed weekly with the treatment team and
are amended individually as. Graduates of the CIRT program are connected to other treatment resources and health programs, in
their communities, in order to promote their continued recovery.
In addition, we highly recommend and encourage our clients to seek out 12-Step programs, which offer valuable resources for on going support and ongoing success.
Colorado West Recovery Services in Grand Junction, Colorado,
also offers an affordable Transitional Living Program.
The Transitional Living Program is a three to six month program.
