The Transitional Living Center is a residential program for men
and women working toward a substance free life-style who need additional support before returning to the community.

Residents are required to participate in treatment groups, skills training groups, and peer support groups. They must also
be employed while residing at the facility. Residents often utilize
this program for three to six months.

Treatment at the Transitional Living Center is divided into four phases. Newly admitted residents at the Transitional Living Center begin with the highest intensity level in the program for the first month. From there, they graduate to less intensive treatment
over the next three to six months depending on individual progress. Minimum stay is 97 days.

The aftercare phase of the program occurs when a client
is successfully discharged from the residential phase
of the program. Clients receive ongoing outpatient support
from the Transitional Living Center staff and continue
to participate in individual and group counseling sessions
after discharge.
