many health insurance plans, Colorado West is an authorized
Medicaid mental health and substance abuse treatment provider.
Our client fees are calculated for each person using a sliding scale
that is based on family size and total household income.
The Summit County office also receives funding from businesses
that purchase Employee Assistance Programs - a counseling
service that is part of an employee’s benefits package.
Other local contracts provide funds that help defray the cost of services for persons who cannot afford treatment.
We also receive generous grant support for special programs
and services provided to county residents, regardless of their
ability to pay. Those sources include The Summit Foundation,
Summit Seniors and local governments.
