Contribute

At Colorado West we are committed to the communities we serve. Through our many charitable efforts we’re able to ensure the delivery of superior behavioral health and substance abuse services to all Coloradans.

Please consider a contribution as your generosity enables us to make a bigger difference in people’s lives, perhaps a difference of life or death in some cases.   .

There are a number of different ways to give and every dollar contributed is used to impact our communities’ health and well-being.

WAYS TO GIVE
ANNUAL OR IMMEDIATE CASH GIFTS In many cases, the most popular and straightforward type of gift is cash.  These gifts have an immediate, long-lasting impact on Colorado West’s endeavors to meet the health needs of the communities we serve and entitle you to a federal income tax deduction equal to the full amount of the gift, up to 50% of income.

ANNUAL OR IMMEDIATE GIFTS OF APPRECIATED STOCK Gifts of stock can be a wiser donation than cash for some donors, earning a deduction for full monetary value while removing the asset’s annual income or earnings from their income stream.

GIFTS OF INSURANCE  Two methods exist to allow you to use insurance to benefit the future of Colorado West’s efforts.  You may make Colorado West the beneficiary and/or owner of an existing life insurance policy.  A tax deduction, equal to the surrender value of the policy, is given for gifts of ownership of such a property.  You may also choose to take out a new policy, naming Colorado West as the owner, in which case you receive a tax deduction equal to premiums paid.

Please consider a contribution to Colorado West today.
Thank you for your generosity.
