STAFF
Program Director      Susan Rodger, LPC
Susan holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado at Denver.   Her background includes organizational development as well as clinical experience with adult individuals and couples.  She worked for Colorado West from 1997-2003 and re-joined the staff in 2008.

Licensed Clinician     Twyla Gingrich, LCSW
Twyla earned her Master’s in Social Work from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO.  She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has seven years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in a variety of settings.  She has also completed course work in addictions counseling and is a registered yoga teacher.  Twyla joined the Eagle County staff in 2012, having previously worked for Colorado West in Mesa County.

Licensed Clinician     Kristi Grems, LPC
Kristi holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado at Denver.  She joined the clinical staff at Colorado West in 2005, providing counseling for children, adults, and groups.

Licensed Clinician     Tom Hill, LCSW
Tom received his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado.  He has been on the staff of the center in Eagle County for 35 years and provides individual and couples’ therapy for adults.

Clinician     Shaun Dudenhoeffer

Clinician     Krista Kedrowski, MA
Krista earned a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Regis University.  A native of the Vail Valley, Krista joined Colorado West in 2012 to provide individual, family, and bilingual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner     Kris Vandenberg, APN
Kris earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing in Atlanta, GA and completed her Doctor of Nurse Practice degree at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center.  She provides psychiatric evaluations and prescribes medication for Colorado West clients.

Medical Case Manager     Jordan Bamberger, M.Ed.
Jordan joined Colorado West in 2012. She earned her Master’s degree in School Counseling at the University of Arizona in Tucson and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.

Business Services     Beverly Padilla
Beverly has worked for Colorado West since January 2013, scheduling appointments, managing the Eagle office, organizing collections and other administrative detail.
