Vice President Kim Boe, ACHE MM HRM
Initially hired as Operations Officer, Kim joined Colorado West and our hospital in June 2009 and was named Vice President in 2010. She has a BA in Therapeutic Recreation as well as a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources. Prior to joining CW, Kim spent over 24 years working for a private, for-profit, psychiatric hospital in Casper, Wyoming. She is focused on providing excellent psychiatric care for our patients. Quality-driven, she is also available, approachable and committed to customer service.
Director of Nursing LaCinda Kelleher, MACI, RN, BSN
LaCinda has been a registered nurse for 17 years, primarily working with children and adolescents before starting her career as a psychiatric nurse here at Colorado West Psychiatric Hospital. Her practicum for her Master’s degree focused on Child abuse recognition and reporting training. She started as a floor nurse at the hospital before being promoted to Director of Nursing 1 ½ years ago. LaCinda is a 6th generation native in the Grand Junction area and enjoys family get-togethers, camping and multiple crafts.
Director of Social Services Colette Zolg, LCSW
Colette is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who joined our company in December of 2011. She is from Southern Utah and earned her Master’s of Social Work degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has been working with youth and families for the past 10 years in many different settings including public school systems, residential treatment programs, at risk youth programs, private practice, hospitals and, most extensively, with the Division of Child and Family Services in Utah.
Infection Control & Quality Assurance Nurse Deborah A. Tittle, RN WHCNP
Deborah is a licensed Nurse Practitioner, certified in Women’s Health Care, with a Master’s degree in Public Health & Community Nursing Administration. She joined Colorado West in 2010 and has practiced throughout Western Colorado for over twenty years as a clinician and health care administrator. Substance abuse recovery is an area of special interest. She enjoys working with individuals, families and communities to meet their medical needs and maintain wellness through preventive care.
Medical Records Supervisor Don Dunlap
William “Don” Dunlap started with CW in 2005 after a career in the US Navy where he managed numerous medical record departments. Don also has technical horticultural expertise. Married for over 40 years, Don has 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Licensed Clinician Dawn Glenn, LPC
Dawn’s experience as a therapist spans over 30 years and includes 20 years of private practice, juvenile corrections, adult corrections and community mental health. A Licensed Professional Counselor, she has worked extensively with adults, adolescents and children through individual, family and group therapy.
